| This project in Lawrence, MA consists of the adaptive re-use of a 300,000 square foot abandoned textile mill into 290 units of multi-family housing. GDG served as a sustainability coach and owner’s advocate to the development company, Forest City Residential. Green features include very efficient mechanical systems and recycled materials, not to mention the recycling of the entire building. |  |
