| Part of a suburban mixed-use master planned development, this 155,000 square foot office building was developed to capitalize on its immediate proximity to Fort Meade. The project was completed in 2008 and achieved a Gold LEED certification. An executive with GDG performed all development management functions for this building while at COPT. |  |
