| This project features the re-positioning of more than 50 acres of prime land located adjacent to the Baltimore-Washington International (BWI) airport. The conceptual layout includes dense residential, office and retail projects that work in synergy with its proximity to a major employment center and access to the transportation amenity and nearby highways. An executive at GDG oversaw the selection of the design team and managed initial planning of this project while at COPT. The project has a targeted completion date of 2010. | ![]() |
