Tonja Potter joined Garver Development Group (GDG) in 2011, where she excels at collaborative project management work. She brings over 20 years of combined project management experience in the commercial development, construction, and architectural industries. She has been involved with the planning and implementation of adaptive re-use, brownfields development, USGBC LEED projects, and new construction projects. Tonja has been responsible for the management of commercial and federal construction projects including:
• Class “A” Office Buildings
• Corporate Headquarters
• Computer Manufacturing Plant
• Numerous Tenant Fit-Outs
• Academic Institutions,
Prior to joining GDG, Tonja held positions as a Development Manager for Struever Bros Eccles and Rouse and as a Project Manager for The Whiting-Turner Contracting Company and she spent six years practicing architecture at the start of her career.
Tonja has a federal Top Secret security clearance and is a LEED Accredited Professional. She earned a Bachelor’s of Environmental Design degree from Miami University and holds a Certificate in Construction Management from Drexel University.
